New analysis of Google Trends data by OnlyFans search engine OnlyGuider reveals that search interest for “OnlyFans” in Iran surged 400% over the weekend, marking one of the sharpest short-term spikes in adult-platform interest ever recorded in the country.

The surge suggests that as geopolitical tensions escalated, many Iranians may have turned to digital escapism — engaging in what some online observers are calling their own private “Operation Epic Fury.”

The scale of the increases is particularly striking given Iran’s strict internet controls and cultural restrictions surrounding adult content.

OnlyGuider analysts have previously observed how major geopolitical events can correlate with sharp shifts in online behavior. For example, in early January, OnlyFans search interest in Venezuela jumped 31% following news of President Maduro’s arrest, highlighting how national crises can trigger spikes in platform engagement as people seek distraction or release online.

In this case, Operation Epic Fury appears to have coincided with what Onlyguider is dubbing a wave of “Fap for Freedom,” as citizens remained indoors and online activity intensified..
