Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Eidos.inc Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company Registration No. 79032234), trading as OnlyGuider ("OnlyGuider," "we," "us"). They govern your access to and use of the website onlyguider.com and its related features (together, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

You must be 18 or older. The Platform is intended exclusively for adults. By using it, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We operate an age confirmation gate; attempting to bypass it is a breach of these Terms, and we may terminate the access of anyone we reasonably believe to be underage.

1. What OnlyGuider Is — and What It Is Not

OnlyGuider is a directory and search engine that helps users discover OnlyFans creators. We index and display creator information that we reasonably believe the creator has made publicly available, such as usernames and display names, bios, categories and tags, publicly displayed profile and header imagery, publicly listed pricing, public statistics, and links to official third-party profiles.

Equally important is what the Platform is not:

  • We do not host, sell, or distribute subscriber-only, paywalled, leaked, or unlawfully obtained material. Publicly available preview information is displayed as published by the creator on the source platform, and all subscriptions and content transactions take place on those third-party platforms, not on OnlyGuider.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans.com or Fenix International Limited. References to "OnlyFans" are made solely to identify the platform on which listed creators publish.
  • We do not offer dating, matchmaking, companionship, or escort services, and we do not process payments between fans and creators.
  • The Platform is provided for general informational purposes. A listing is not an endorsement, and indexed information may be incomplete or out of date.

2. Eligibility and Local Law

Access to the Platform, and to the third-party services it links to, may be restricted in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and of any linked adult-oriented services is lawful where you are located.

3. Your Account

Certain features — such as saving preferences, posting reviews, or purchasing promotional services — may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. House Rules

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

  • use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purpose, including stalking, doxxing, intimidating, or threatening any person, whether a user or a listed creator;
  • impersonate any person, or misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation;
  • upload or transmit content that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, exploitative, or that infringes anyone's rights;
  • access or collect data from the Platform using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means without our prior written consent;
  • probe, disrupt, or circumvent any security measure, rate limit, or the age confirmation gate;
  • republish, resell, sublicense, frame, or otherwise commercially exploit Platform content without our written permission.

We may investigate violations, remove content, restrict or terminate access, and report unlawful conduct to law enforcement.

5. Reviews and Other User Content

Where the Platform allows you to post reviews, comments, or other material ("User Content"), you keep ownership of it, and you grant Eidos.inc Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting purposes, and remove that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

You are responsible for your User Content. It must reflect your genuine experience and must not contain private personal data, sexually explicit material, spam, undisclosed paid endorsements, or anything unlawful or infringing. We may moderate, decline, or remove User Content at our discretion. Complaints about User Content are handled under our Report Content policy and, for copyright matters, under our DMCA Policy.

6. Creator Listings, Claims, and Delisting

Inclusion in the index is free of charge and gives creators additional visibility: users searching for creators are linked directly to the creator's official profile at no cost.

Creators, or their authorized representatives, may claim, correct, or remove a listing at any time:

  1. Email [email protected] from an address verifiably connected to the underlying account, or supply equivalent proof of control over it.
  2. Verified requests are actioned within five (5) business days in most cases, and never later than thirty (30) days.
  3. Delisted profiles are placed on a suppression list so that they are not re-indexed.

Delisting is always free. Nobody is authorized to charge money for removal from OnlyGuider, and any such demand is fraudulent — see our Trust & Safety page. Please note that delisting affects the OnlyGuider index only; it does not remove anything from OnlyFans or from any other website.

7. Promoted Placements and Paid Services

Browsing OnlyGuider is free. We may offer optional paid services, such as advertising or promotional placements for creators and agencies. For those services:

  • prices, billing terms, and any refund terms are presented at the point of purchase or in the applicable written order;
  • paid placements are identified as such and do not alter organic listings or rankings, which are produced by our own methodology (see our Ranking Methodology page) — organic positions are not for sale;
  • we do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as subscriber numbers or revenue, from any paid service;
  • payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers;
  • you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Intellectual Property

All third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners, primarily the creators themselves. The OnlyGuider name, logo, site design, software, and database compilation are the property of Eidos.inc Limited. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes; all other rights are reserved.

9. Copyright Complaints

We respond to copyright notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. The notice procedure, the counter-notification process, and our repeat-infringer policy are set out in our DMCA Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Reporting Illegal Content

Reports concerning content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, abusive or unlawful reviews, or other illegal material are handled under our Report Content policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Websites

The Platform links to third-party websites and services, including OnlyFans.com, that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices; you use them at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Information on the Platform is compiled from public sources and may contain errors or become outdated; verify anything important on the creator's official profile.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eidos.inc Limited and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 and (b) the amounts you paid us for paid services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Eidos.inc Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Platform.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider harmful to the Platform, its users, or listed creators. Sections 5, 8, 12, 13, 14, 18, and 19 survive any termination.

16. Changes to the Platform and to These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the current version, with its "Last updated" date, is always posted on this page, and we will give additional notice of material changes where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17. Official Communications and Fraud Warning

Our official contact address is [email protected], and our verified support and social channels are only those linked from onlyguider.com. We never initiate contact to demand payment, and we never charge for delisting or "verification." Details, including how to recognize impersonators, are set out on our Trust & Safety page.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, and each party submits to that jurisdiction.

19. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the DMCA Policy, and the Report Content policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect and the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
