DMCA Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
OnlyGuider, operated by Eidos.inc Limited (Hong Kong), takes intellectual property seriously. This page explains how we handle copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA"), and how creators can be delisted without filing any legal notice at all.
1. What Appears on OnlyGuider
OnlyGuider is a directory and search engine for OnlyFans creators. Listings consist of information we reasonably believe the creator has made publicly available: usernames and display names, publicly displayed profile and header imagery, public bios, categories and tags, publicly listed pricing and statistics, and links to the creator's official third-party profiles.
We do not host, sell, or distribute subscriber-only, paywalled, leaked, or unlawfully obtained material; all subscriptions and content transactions happen on the source platforms. For DMCA purposes, OnlyGuider functions as an information location tool under 17 U.S.C. § 512(d): a valid takedown removes the relevant links, imagery, and metadata from our index.
2. Delisting Is Not a Copyright Claim
The majority of "takedown" emails we receive are not really copyright disputes — they come from creators who would simply rather not be listed. You never need a DMCA notice to be removed from OnlyGuider.
- To delist your profile: email [email protected] from an address verifiably connected to the underlying account, or provide equivalent proof of control. Verified requests are actioned within five (5) business days in most cases, and never later than thirty (30) days; delisted profiles are placed on a suppression list so they are not re-indexed. See Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
- To report unauthorized use of a specific copyrighted work: follow the DMCA process below.
Delisting is free of charge, always. Nobody is authorized to charge money for removal from OnlyGuider — anyone demanding payment for it is a fraudster (see our Trust & Safety page). Removal from OnlyGuider affects our index only; it does not take anything down from OnlyFans, from other websites, or from search engines.
3. What a Valid DMCA Notice Must Contain
For your notice to be effective under the DMCA, it must be in writing and include each of the following:
- The copyrighted work. Identify the work you believe has been infringed; a representative list is acceptable if multiple works are involved. Registration numbers and a link to an authorized copy help us act faster.
- The infringing material. Give the exact URL(s) on onlyguider.com where the material appears, with enough detail for us to find it. Screenshots are welcome; vague location information can delay or prevent processing.
- Your details. Full legal name, postal address, phone number, email address, and your relationship to the copyright owner. If you act as an agent or representative, include evidence of your authority.
- Good-faith statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (including fair use)."
- Accuracy statement: "I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
- Your signature — physical or electronic; typing your full legal name qualifies.
Incomplete notices may not be valid under the statute and may not receive a response. We may ask for more information before acting.
4. Where to Send It
Email your complete notice to our designated agent for copyright notifications:
[email protected]
Subject: "DMCA Notice — [Your Name]"
5. What We Do Next
Complete notices are reviewed promptly, generally within 48 hours of receipt. If a notice is valid, we expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material, add it to our suppression list where applicable so it is not re-indexed, and notify the user who submitted the material where the claim concerns user-submitted content such as a review.
6. Counter-Notification
If your material was removed and you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification;
- your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your judicial district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which OnlyGuider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
We forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant. Unless the complainant informs us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the material at our discretion.
7. Liability for False Claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — can be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are not sure whether a use is infringing, or whether it may be fair use or otherwise authorized, speak to a lawyer before filing.
8. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we terminate the accounts or access of users determined to be repeat infringers, and we may restrict any user who infringes intellectual property rights even without repetition.
9. Our Role
We index publicly available information and do not pre-screen it; we depend on rights holders to identify allegedly infringing material through the process above. Nothing on this page is legal advice, and we cannot determine the validity of your rights for you — consult independent counsel if in doubt.
10. Changes
We may update this DMCA Policy at any time by posting the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. This Policy forms part of OnlyGuider's Terms of Service.
