Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Eidos.inc Limited, a Hong Kong company (Company Registration No. 79032234) trading as OnlyGuider ("OnlyGuider," "we," "us"), handles personal information in connection with onlyguider.com (the "Platform"). It applies to you whether you are a visitor browsing the Platform, an account holder or customer of our paid services, or a creator whose publicly available information appears in our directory.
By using the Platform you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the Platform.
Adults only. OnlyGuider is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
1. The Information We Handle
1.1 Information you give us
- Account details — email address, username, and password (stored only in hashed form), plus any preferences you set
- Purchases — if you buy promotional or advertising services: billing name, order details, and transaction records. Card payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we never store full card numbers
- Reviews and comments — anything you choose to publish on the Platform
- Newsletter and contest entries — email address and any entry details for surveys, contests, or promotions you join
- Correspondence — messages you send us by email or through our support and social channels, including removal, claim, correction, DMCA, and content-report submissions, together with any proof of identity or account control you provide for verification
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you browse the Platform, we and our providers automatically record technical and usage data: IP address and the approximate location derived from it, browser and device characteristics, referring URLs, pages viewed, searches and filters used, click paths, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers.
1.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage for four purposes: essential operation (age confirmation, sessions, security), preferences, analytics (understanding how the Platform is used), and, where applicable, advertising. You can control cookies in your browser and, where offered, through our cookie preferences tool; blocking some cookies may limit functionality. Industry opt-out tools for interest-based advertising are available at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.
2. Creator Data in Our Directory
The core of OnlyGuider is a directory of creator information that is already public online ("Creator Data"). Creator Data we may index includes the creator's display name and handle, public bio text, categories and tags, publicly displayed profile and header imagery, publicly listed subscription pricing and offers, public engagement statistics, the location a creator has chosen to state publicly, and links to the creator's official pages.
We do not index or display paywalled or subscriber-only content, private messages, contact details a creator has not made public, identity documents, or creators' payment information.
Where it comes from. Creator Data is gathered from publicly accessible profile pages and websites, from submissions by creators or their authorized representatives, and from other public sources.
GDPR notice. Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing Creator Data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in operating a public directory of information that creators have themselves published. Since this data is not collected from the data subject directly, this section serves as the information notice required by Article 14 GDPR.
Your listing, your choice. Creators or their authorized representatives can claim, correct, or delist a profile at any time by emailing [email protected] from an address verifiably connected to the underlying account (or with equivalent proof of control). Verified requests are actioned within five (5) business days in most cases, and never later than thirty (30) days. Delisted profiles go onto a suppression list, for which we retain only the minimal identifiers needed to prevent re-indexing. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA Policy; reports of illegal content follow our Report Content policy.
3. Why We Use Information (and Our Legal Bases)
- Running the Platform — search, listings, accounts, and site functionality (legitimate interests; contract, for account holders and customers)
- Paid services — processing orders, billing, and receipts (contract; legal obligation for tax and accounting records)
- Improvement and analytics — measuring usage and testing features (legitimate interests; consent where required for analytics cookies)
- Communication — support, verification, and responses to removal, DMCA, and content reports (legitimate interests; contract)
- Marketing — newsletters and promotions, only where you have opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every message (consent)
- Contests and surveys — administering entries and results (contract; consent)
- Advertising — displaying and measuring ads, where used (consent where required)
- Safety and integrity — preventing fraud, spam, abusive scraping, and security incidents (legitimate interests; legal obligation)
- Age assurance — maintaining the 18+ requirement (legal obligation; legitimate interests)
- Legal compliance — responding to lawful requests and enforcing our Terms (legal obligation; legitimate interests)
4. When We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers working on our behalf — hosting, content delivery, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and security — under contracts that restrict their use of the data;
- for legal reasons — where disclosure is required by law or court order, or is necessary to enforce our Terms or protect the rights, property, or safety of OnlyGuider, our users, listed creators, or the public;
- in corporate transactions — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, with notice before your data becomes subject to a different policy;
- as aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you;
- with your consent, for anything else you explicitly approve.
5. Third-Party Tools, Channels, and Links
We rely on third-party providers for analytics, infrastructure, and payments, each governed by its own privacy policy. If you contact us through third-party channels (for example, our support chat on Telegram or our social profiles), that platform processes your data under its own terms as well.
The Platform links to external websites, including creators' official profiles on OnlyFans.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites. OnlyGuider is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by OnlyFans.com or Fenix International Limited.
6. How Long We Keep Information
| Category | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Server and security logs | up to 6 months |
| Analytics data | up to 24 months |
| Support correspondence | up to 24 months after the matter closes |
| Account data | life of the account, plus 90 days after deletion |
| Billing and transaction records | as required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years) |
| Delisting, suppression, DMCA, and content-report records | as long as needed to honor the request and defend legal claims |
| Newsletter data | until you unsubscribe |
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it; where immediate deletion is impractical (such as backups), we isolate the data until deletion is possible.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, password hashing, and access controls. No online service can promise absolute security. If you find a vulnerability, please email [email protected] — our Trust & Safety page explains our disclosure process.
8. International Transfers
We are based in Hong Kong, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — so that the data remains protected as described in this Policy.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing (including objecting to the indexing of Creator Data, per Section 2), receive it in a portable format, withdraw any consent you have given, and opt out of marketing at any time. Write to [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the period required by applicable law, typically within 30 days.
10. EEA, UK, and Swiss Users
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our processing rests on the legal bases listed in Section 3, you hold all the rights in Section 9, and you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (edpb.europa.eu lists the EU authorities).
11. California Residents
Over the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (IP address, online identifiers, email where provided); commercial information (purchases of paid services, where applicable); internet activity (pages viewed, searches, interactions); approximate geolocation (from IP); and inferences (content preferences). We do not sell personal information for money. If advertising cookies are used, that may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA — you can opt out through our cookie preferences tool or with a Global Privacy Control-enabled browser, which we honor. California residents may exercise the rights to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and be free from discrimination by emailing [email protected]; authorized agents must show proof of authorization.
12. Children
The Platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete such data promptly if we learn of it. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact [email protected] immediately.
13. Do Not Track and GPC
There is no settled standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it (see Section 11).
14. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version and its "Last updated" date are always posted here, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.
