OnlyFans Wrapped 2026 — A global forecast of who’s spending the most on OnlyFans

The ORIGINAL Onlyfans Wrapped report is back for 2026!

OnlyGuider forecasts that worldwide OnlyFans spending will hit a record $8.561 billion in FY2026. That is 10.25% growth — a rebound after two slower years — even as Google searches for the brand keep falling.

Last updated: September 2, 2026 · Financial year: December 2025 – November 2026 · 216 countries · 98 major cities
Per-capita rankings: 175 countries and 97 cities with at least 100,000 adults

OnlyGuider forecasts that worldwide OnlyFans spending will reach a record $8.561 billion in FY2026. That is 10.25% growth, up from 7.6% in FY2025 but below the 19.5% jump in FY2023. Worldwide Google search demand for OnlyFans fell 17.4% in FY2025 and was down a further 24.3% across the first eight available months of FY2026.

OnlyFans spend is the total amount fans spend, before the platform takes its cut.

Financial year OnlyFans spend Growth US UK + Europe Rest of world

FY2026$8.561bn+10.3%$5.256bn$2.003bn$1.302bn

That is about $796 million of extra fan spending in FY2026, after a $549 million increase in FY2025.

Search demand is moving the other way. Worldwide Google searches for OnlyFans rose 8.5% in FY2024, fell 17.4% in FY2025, and were about 24.3% lower across the first eight available months of FY2026 than in the same stretch of FY2025.

What changed this year. An earlier approach assumed search and spending moved together. It pointed to about $5.7 billion of worldwide spend in FY2025. Fenix reported $7.765 billion. This edition starts from the accounts, splits money into Fenix’s three published markets, uses one Google Ads API brand search to map demand inside each market, and uses TimesFM 3.0 to forecast FY2026. Search no longer sets the worldwide total.

Worldwide Analysis: The Country Rankings

Read the tables in pairs. Total spend shows the biggest markets. Spend per 10,000 adults shows where the habit is densest. A country can be huge and relatively quiet per person, or small and extremely intense.

On the new accounts-anchored model, the United States is both the biggest market and the most intense large country: $5.256 billion in FY2026, or $196,432 per 10,000 adults. Finland remains the standout smaller-population heavyweight at $139,248 per 10,000 adults — still far above most of Europe. The United Kingdom stays second by total spend, at $420.2 million.

Canada is the mature-market twist. Total Canadian spend is forecast to dip slightly, to $199.9 million. India is the volume twist. At $97.37 million it is still a modest spender per person ($978 per 10,000 adults) but it is now a top-12 market by cash, up +22.7%.

How per-capita rankings work this year. Spend per 10,000 adults is only ranked for countries and worldwide cities with at least 100,000 adults. That stops places the size of Guernsey or the Isle of Man from leaping the leaderboard because a small pile of money was divided by a tiny population. Total spend is still published for every territory. Microstates sit in the outliers section, not in the intensity Top 20.

2026’s Top 20 Spending Countries (Per Capita)

The intensity table is no longer a Nordic clean sweep, and it is no longer a list of Crown Dependencies. The United States leads. Finland is second. Then the United Kingdom, Ireland, Slovenia, Australia, Switzerland and Austria. Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and Andorra are real spenders — they are just too small to rank here. They are in the outliers section.

This table is the $796 million story. The United States still accounts for most of the cash. Behind it, Europe is doing the accelerating: France +19.8%, Germany +20.6%, Greece +23.4%, Italy +14.5% and Spain +15.6%. The UK grows a solid +10.7%. Mexico stays the largest Spanish-speaking market in the Americas after the United States.

The fastest forecast gains among countries large enough to rank are still not the countries that already spend the most. They are mid-sized and emerging markets where the history is already rising. Giant percentages on tiny islands are not in this table on purpose.

2026’s Biggest Country Declines in Spend Per Capita

Eighteen countries with at least 100,000 adults are forecast down on a per-person basis. Israel is the largest market on this list. Colombia and Turkey are the other sizeable names. Most of the rest are small-dollar markets where a modest dip still produces a large percentage.

Worldwide Analysis: The City Rankings

City figures are supplemental. The 98 cities in this file are not a complete list of every city on earth, and they are not forced to add up to their country totals. Where a U.S. city appears here and in the USA edition, the dedicated U.S. city number is the one to use. Per-capita city rankings use the same 100,000-adult floor. That removes one suburb — Mińsk Mazowiecki — from the intensity list.

New York City remains the world’s largest single city market, at $164.3 million. Los Angeles is second, at $115.9 million. London is the largest city outside the United States. Milan is the intensity story in Europe: $432,786 per 10,000 adults, up +21.8%. Helsinki is the breakout, up +30.1%.

2026’s Top 20 Spending Cities (Per Capita)

U.S. cities dominate the density list — Miami, Atlanta, New Orleans, Minneapolis, Las Vegas, Denver — with Milan and Helsinki the European exceptions that punch at American intensity.

Region 1: North & South America

The Americas are still the cash engine of OnlyFans. The United States alone is $5.256 billion — 61% of worldwide OnlyFans spend. Canada, Mexico and Brazil are the next three American markets by total spend. Mexico is growing faster than the U.S. or Canada. Canada is the only large rich market in this file that is forecast slightly down.

On a per-person basis the United States is in a league of its own in the hemisphere. Costa Rica, Chile and Uruguay remain the densest markets in Latin America that clear the population floor, but they are not close to U.S. intensity on the new model.

Special Analysis for U.S. States & Cities

The United States is large enough to need its own report. OnlyGuider forecasts $5.256 billion of U.S. fan spending in FY2026, up 8.9%. North Dakota and Nevada lead the 50 states on spend per 10,000 adults. California, Texas, New York and Florida still take the most cash — about 35% of the national total between them.

Read the companion report: OnlyFans Wrapped 2026 — USA Edition, covering all 50 states, 167 cities and 3,091 counties.

Region 2: Europe

Europe is the growth engine in this year’s forecast. Fenix’s combined United Kingdom and Europe pool is projected at $2.003 billion, up 15.5% — almost double the U.S. growth rate. The UK is still the largest European country market, at $420.2 million. Italy is second in Europe by total spend. France and Germany are the fastest large risers.

Finland remains Europe’s per-person champion among countries large enough to rank. Ireland, Slovenia, Switzerland and Austria follow. The Crown Dependencies still spend real money. They do not rank on intensity this year because each has fewer than 100,000 adults.

Region 3: Middle East

The Middle East is a two-speed region. Israel is still the largest and densest market in this group, even with a forecast dip. Saudi Arabia is the volume story after Israel. The Gulf city list is short but sharp: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh.

Do not read these figures as a moral census. They are modelled estimates of where OnlyFans-brand demand and accounts-anchored spending meet. Privacy is part of the product. The model cannot see who is paying. It can only estimate how much money is in each place.

Region 4: Africa

Africa is still a small slice of worldwide OnlyFans spending, but it is one of the faster-growing slices in the forecast. South Africa remains the continent’s commercial centre. Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria and Algeria make up the rest of the “big five” by total spend.

Island markets such as Seychelles look intense on a raw per-person basis because a little money goes a long way when the adult population is small. Seychelles does not clear the 100,000-adult floor, so it is not in the ranked intensity table. Mauritius does. Mainland growth in Kenya, Mozambique, Angola and Uganda is the longer-run story: the forecast rises where the history is already rising, from a low base.

No African city appears in the 98-city worldwide file used for this edition.

Region 5: APAC

Australia is the region’s high-income anchor: large, rich, and growing slowly. India is the scale story. Japan, South Korea, Thailand and the Philippines sit between those poles. Singapore, Guam and New Zealand punch above their weight per person among places that clear the population floor.

Several East Asian cities are forecast slightly down on a per-person basis — Hong Kong, Taipei, Sydney, Melbourne. That does not wipe them off the map. It means the model does not see another year of the same climb.

The Global Battlefield

If you only remember three numbers, remember these.

  • Worldwide fan spending is forecast at $8.561 billion, up 10.25%.
  • The United States is forecast at $5.256 billion, up 8.9% — still the majority of the platform.
  • The United Kingdom and Europe together are forecast at $2.003 billion, up 15.5% — the fastest of the three official Fenix markets.

Rest of world is $1.302 billion, up 8.1%. That pot covers Latin America outside the U.S. structure, Africa, the Middle East and APAC. It is growing. It is not catching the United States.

The Regional Power Rankings

These regional totals are the sum of the countries OnlyGuider assigned to each editorial region. They are a reading aid. The financial controls that actually bind the model are Fenix’s three reported markets, not these five editorial maps.

The Outliers: Specific Callouts

Small territories under 100,000 adults (per capita)

These places spend real money. They are not ranked in the intensity Top 20 because the adult population is too small for a stable rate. Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Andorra and Liechtenstein belong on this list. They do not belong in the same sentence as “the next United States.”

A high per-capita number in a country of 70,000 adults is not the same fact as a high per-capita number in a country of 250 million adults. Total spend tells you the size of the till. Per 10,000 adults tells you how crowded the room is — once the room is large enough to measure.

Full Data Appendix (2026)

Every country and every worldwide city in the publication files. Per-capita appendix tables use the 100,000-adult floor (175 countries, 97 cities). Total-spend appendix tables include every territory, including microstates and places with no adult denominator.

FY2026 is an OnlyGuider forecast. FY2025 is the last completed year. The 3-year total is FY2023 + FY2024 + FY2025 only — no forecast in that sum.

Methodology

How we estimated historical OnlyFans spending around the world and forecast FY2026

OnlyFans does not publish fan spending for individual countries, states, cities or counties. To estimate where that spending takes place, we built a financial model combining:

  1. Fenix International’s audited financial accounts
  2. Google Ads API search demand by location
  3. Google’s TimesFM 3.0 time-series forecasting model

Fenix International’s accounts establish how much money fans spent. Google search data provides a consistent basis for estimating where demand was located. OnlyGuider then uses Google TimesFM 3.0 to forecast the accounts-anchored historical series forward into FY2026.

The analysis covers:

  • 216 countries
  • 98 major worldwide cities
  • 50 US states
  • 167 US cities
  • 3,091 US counties

All financial years follow Fenix International’s December-to-November reporting period.

1. The financial foundation

The financial foundation is the annual group accounts filed by OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International Limited, at UK Companies House.

Our principal measure is Gross Site Volume, or GSV. This represents the total amount spent by fans before OnlyFans deducts its platform share and pays the remainder to creators.

This is distinct from Fenix’s reported revenue:

  • Gross Site Volume represents total fan spending.
  • Fenix revenue represents the amount retained by the platform.
  • Creator payments represent the balance distributed to creators.

The purpose of this report is to estimate where fans spent money on OnlyFans. We therefore allocate Gross Site Volume rather than only the revenue retained by the platform.

We reconstructed an accounts-anchored historical series for:

  • FY2022
  • FY2023
  • FY2024
  • FY2025

This provides a consistent four-year foundation for most publication geographies and the FY2026 forecast. County publication histories cover FY2023–FY2025, while audited financial and control series can contain up to five annual observations.

2. Fenix’s three geographic revenue buckets

Fenix reports its business across three broad geographic markets:

  1. United States
  2. United Kingdom and Europe
  3. Rest of the world

These disclosures are critical because search interest does not convert into spending at an identical rate everywhere.

A search in the United States cannot automatically be assumed to have the same financial value as a search in a country with lower disposable income, weaker payment infrastructure or more restricted access to OnlyFans.

For each financial year, we use Fenix’s reported geographic revenue proportions to divide global Gross Site Volume into three corresponding spending pools.

This ensures that the model reflects the geographic structure of Fenix’s reported business before any money is distributed between individual locations.

For FY2026, the forecast spending controls are:

Geographic marketFY2026 forecast GSV
United States$5.2555 billion
United Kingdom and Europe$2.0034 billion
Rest of the world$1.3022 billion
Worldwide$8.5611 billion

These are financial control totals. Google search demand is used to distribute each pool between locations; it does not override the total amount available for allocation.

3. Why we use one universal search signal

OnlyFans does not disclose fan spending at country, state, city or county level. We therefore require a consistent geographic indicator of consumer demand.

We use location-matched Google search volume for one term:

OnlyFans

The data is obtained through the Google Ads API and aligned to Fenix’s December-to-November financial year.

Using one keyword is a deliberate methodological decision—not a shortcut.

During development, we tested substantially larger keyword baskets constructed around apparent commercial intent. These included discovery phrases, category searches and other terms informed by proprietary revenue data.

The larger keyword baskets produced almost no statistically meaningful improvement over the geographic distribution identified by the principal OnlyFans brand search. They did, however, introduce considerably more methodological uncertainty.

The problem with complex keyword baskets

Large keyword baskets can be influenced by:

  • Subjective decisions about which searches indicate an intention to spend.
  • Selection bias when including or excluding particular categories.
  • Different terminology and search behaviour between countries.
  • Translation and language inconsistencies.
  • Spelling variations and closely related queries being counted more than once.
  • Changes in the composition of the basket between reporting periods.
  • Proprietary weighting systems that cannot be independently inspected.
  • Retrospective adjustments that make a model appear more precise without proving that it is more accurate.

More keywords do not automatically create better evidence. A model containing thousands of selected and weighted terms may appear sophisticated while introducing thousands of additional opportunities for interpretation and bias.

Why the OnlyFans brand is the strongest signal

The strongest and most consistent indicator was also the simplest: the OnlyFans brand itself.

Like Google, Nike or Coca-Cola, OnlyFans is a globally recognised brand. Its name does not need to be translated to retain its identity or meaning.

A search for “OnlyFans” refers to the same identifiable platform whether it is made in London, Los Angeles, São Paulo or Tokyo.

This gives the analysis one demand signal that is:

  • Globally recognisable
  • Consistently defined
  • Available across markets
  • Directly attributable to the platform
  • Resistant to subjective keyword selection
  • Comparable between locations
  • Comparable between financial years
  • Straightforward to understand
  • Capable of being independently reproduced

We therefore concluded that the single global brand term provided the cleanest and most defensible foundation for measuring relative OnlyFans demand.

A Google search is not treated as proof of a transaction. Search volume determines the relative geographic distribution of demand after the amount of spending has been established from Fenix International’s accounts.

4. Turning search demand into estimated spending

The model separates two questions:

How much did fans spend?

This is established by Fenix International’s accounts.

Where was that demand concentrated?

This is estimated using location-matched OnlyFans search demand from the Google Ads API.

For each fiscal year, we compare the spending assigned to each Fenix geographic bucket with the total Google search demand measured across the same geographic area.

This produces an implied Revenue per Search, or RPS:

Revenue per Search = Accounts-anchored spending ÷ Matched Google search demand

The relevant RPS is then applied to the search volume recorded for each location:

Estimated location spend = Location search demand × Relevant Revenue per Search

Countries compete for spending within their appropriate Fenix geographic bucket. This prevents a market from being assigned an unrealistic share of global spending solely because it generates a large number of searches.

The approach deliberately avoids asking search data to do something it cannot do. Search measures the relative distribution of demand; Fenix’s financial accounts determine the money.

5. Worldwide country estimates

Countries are assigned to one of the three Fenix geographic buckets:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom and Europe
  • Rest of the world

Within each bucket, a country’s share of spending is determined by its share of matched OnlyFans search demand.

The country estimates are then reconciled so that:

  • Countries in the United States bucket sum to the United States control.
  • Countries in the UK and Europe bucket sum to the UK and Europe control.
  • Countries in the rest-of-world bucket sum to the rest-of-world control.
  • All countries together sum to worldwide Gross Site Volume.

This preserves Fenix’s reported geographic structure while allowing Google demand to determine the estimated distribution within each market.

6. Worldwide city estimates

Worldwide cities are modelled using location-matched Google Ads API search demand.

A city’s search demand is evaluated in the context of its country and relevant geographic spending pool. This prevents cities in financially different markets from being valued using one universal global conversion rate.

Cities are presented as supplemental estimates because Fenix does not publish city-level financial controls.

Where a US city appears in both the worldwide and dedicated United States reports, the dedicated US-city result is authoritative.

This rule applies to every published historical and forecast value:

  • FY2022 Spend
  • FY2022 spend per 10,000 adults
  • FY2023 Spend
  • FY2023 spend per 10,000 adults
  • FY2024 Spend
  • FY2024 spend per 10,000 adults
  • FY2025 Spend
  • FY2025 spend per 10,000 adults
  • FY2026 TimesFM 3.0 Spend
  • FY2026 spend per 10,000 adults

New York in the worldwide report is explicitly matched to New York City in the dedicated US report.

This ensures that the same US city cannot carry different figures in different publications.

7. The dedicated United States model

The United States is modelled separately because it is OnlyFans’ largest disclosed geographic market and has sufficient search coverage to support more detailed analysis.

The US spending pool is distributed across:

  • US states
  • US cities
  • US counties

The dedicated model uses matched Google demand to estimate the geographic distribution of US fan spending.

States

State estimates are reconciled so that all states together equal the United States financial control.

Cities

The dedicated US-city model is the canonical source for all published US-city figures, including cities that also appear in the worldwide report.

Cities are supplemental geographic estimates and are not added together to represent total US spending because the selected cities do not form a complete, mutually exclusive national hierarchy.

Counties

County estimates are reconciled to their corresponding state totals. This means:

  • Counties within a state sum to that state’s spending estimate.
  • States sum to the United States control.
  • The United States control remains tied to the Fenix geographic bucket.

8. Spend per 10,000 adults

Total spending naturally favours places with larger populations. We therefore also calculate spending relative to the adult population:

Spend per 10,000 adults = Estimated spend ÷ Adult population × 10,000

The adult population is used because OnlyFans is an adults-only platform.

The two measures answer different questions:

  • Total spend identifies the largest estimated markets.
  • Spend per 10,000 adults identifies where spending appears most concentrated relative to population.

The per-10,000 measure allows markets of different sizes to be compared without allowing population alone to determine the rankings.

9. County-level smoothing

Raw per-capita rankings can become unstable in counties with small populations.

A relatively small amount of estimated spending divided by a very small adult population can produce an extreme spend-per-10,000 figure. This may reflect denominator volatility rather than a genuinely exceptional local market.

County-level spend per 10,000 adults is therefore adjusted using empirical Bayesian smoothing.

The observed county rate is blended with its state-level rate according to the size of the county’s adult population:

  • Smaller counties receive more influence from the state rate.
  • Larger counties remain dominated by their own observed estimate.
  • Genuine large-market differences are retained.
  • Extreme results caused primarily by tiny denominators are reduced.

Smoothing affects only the county spend-per-10,000 measure. It does not alter estimated total county spending.

FY2026 TimesFM 3.0 Forecast

What is TimesFM and why did we use it?

TimesFM (Time Series Foundation Model) is a 330-million-parameter time-series foundation model developed by Google Research. Rather than being trained only on OnlyFans data, TimesFM 3.0 was pretrained across more than one trillion real-world and synthetic time points from many forecasting settings. That broad pretraining gives it a library of general temporal patterns before it encounters any OnlyFans series.

OnlyGuider used the model zero-shot. In plain English, we did not train a new model on four years of OnlyFans figures, choose a growth rate by hand, draw a straight-line extrapolation through the history or ask TimesFM to repeat the latest year. We supplied each genuine accounts-anchored history to the pinned model and asked for the next annual observation.

This is particularly useful when the available histories are short. A bespoke deep-learning model cannot be credibly learned from only two to five annual observations. A pretrained foundation model starts with patterns learned elsewhere and applies them consistently to the series in front of it. That does not create missing evidence or remove short-history uncertainty, but it is a stronger starting point than pretending the small OnlyFans dataset is enough to train a complex model from scratch.

These qualities made TimesFM 3.0 a useful candidate for a systematic forecast from short histories; they do not prove that it is universally superior. OnlyGuider remains the analyst rather than Google’s tool. Sections 11 and 12 provide the pinned technical specification, forecast outputs, benchmark evidence, hierarchy checks, editorial decision and limitations.

10. Why FY2026 must be forecast separately

Fenix International’s latest available accounts cover the financial year ending 30 November 2025.

They establish what happened in FY2025. They do not report what will happen in FY2026.

A publication presented as FY2026 therefore needs a genuine forward estimate, not a historical total relabelled as a future result.

  • Simply carrying FY2025 forward would assume no change in worldwide spending, regional growth or market momentum.
  • One financial observation also cannot show whether a movement is persistent, temporary, accelerating or reversing.
  • OnlyGuider therefore reconstructed accounts-anchored annual histories before forecasting the next financial year. Section 11 explains exactly what the model received and produced; section 13 explains why the broader methodology was rebuilt.

11. How TimesFM 3.0 was used

OnlyGuider produced the FY2026 forecast using Google’s TimesFM 3.0 pretrained time-series foundation model.

TimesFM 3.0 received the genuine accounts-anchored annual histories and was asked to predict one next annual observation. Most publication geographies use FY2022–FY2025, counties use FY2023–FY2025, and audited financial or control series can provide up to five observations.

No synthetic history was used. The benchmark and final forecasts used each series’ true available annual context, ranging from two to five prior observations.

For the final forecast, the model received those annual histories—not raw search data, a predetermined FY2026 target or the separate $8.368 billion search-elasticity estimate—and independently produced the next value. The approaches were not blended.

Technical specification

Inference ran on CPU with input normalisation, symmetric averaging, positive clipping and quantile-order correction. The point forecast is the median, the model does not emit a separate mean, and nine deciles run from P10 to P90.

OnlyGuider’s worldwide median forecast is $8.5611 billion in FY2026 Gross Site Volume. TimesFM 3.0 emitted P10 of $8.2909 billion and P90 of $8.8300 billion. The corresponding geographic controls are:

Geographic marketFY2026 forecast GSV
United States$5.2555 billion
United Kingdom and Europe$2.0034 billion
Rest of the world$1.3022 billion
Worldwide$8.5611 billion

12. How the forecast was tested and checked

A forecast is not credible merely because its model is sophisticated. OnlyGuider evaluated TimesFM 3.0 against known historical outcomes and checked the publication hierarchy. The evidence was mixed, as follows.

The comparison uses Weighted Absolute Percentage Error (WAPE). WAPE adds the absolute forecast errors and divides them by the total actual values, so larger series carry more weight. Lower percentages indicate greater accuracy; for example, 4.4% WAPE means the combined errors were about 4.4% of the actual total.

Compared with TimesFM 2.5, TimesFM 3.0 reduced financial WAPE from 10.5% to 4.4%, country WAPE from 11.1% to 8.6%, and worldwide-city WAPE from 12.5% to 10.4%. The previous generation retained lower historical error for states, dedicated US cities and counties.

  • On the three available global Gross Site Volume folds, TimesFM 3.0 recorded 4.5% WAPE versus 10.2% for the previous generation, although simple drift was slightly better at 4.2%. With only two prior observations, TimesFM 3.0 behaved almost identically to drift.
  • Regions were proportionally reconciled to the worldwide median. Countries were reconciled to their regional controls, states to the United States control, and counties to their corresponding state totals. Countries, states and counties therefore publish reconciled points.
  • Worldwide and dedicated US cities remain supplemental and publish raw points. Where a US city appears in both files, the dedicated US-city result overrides every historical and forecast value; New York maps explicitly to New York City.
  • All 617 reconciliation and quantile-order checks passed, with zero rejected series. Raw forecasts remain available in the audit pack.
  • Despite that mixed tier-level evidence, OnlyGuider chose one TimesFM 3.0 generation for all five FY2026 publications to keep them consistent and comparable. This was an editorial consistency decision, not a choice compelled by the benchmark or a claim that TimesFM 3.0 won every local backtest.
  • The $8.2909 billion–$8.8300 billion P10–P90 range is a model sensitivity band, not a calibrated 80% confidence interval. Coverage was under-calibrated on very short histories, and the $8.5611 billion median is a modelled estimate, not a guaranteed outcome.

Methodological Revision

13. Why we rebuilt the OnlyFans Wrapped model

An earlier OnlyGuider explainer used approximately $7.2 billion of FY2024 Gross Site Volume as its financial anchor. Its central case assumed a roughly one-for-one relationship: if search fell by a given percentage, fan spending would fall by about the same percentage.

Previous geographic editions also placed greater weight on traffic attribution, large intent-based keyword groups, proprietary conversion assumptions and estimated differences in traffic quality between locations.

  • With United States searches for “onlyfans” down about 20%, that approach projected FY2025 Gross Site Volume of approximately $5.7 billion—about 21% below the FY2024 anchor.
  • Fenix subsequently reported FY2025 Gross Site Volume of $7.765 billion, up 7.6% from $7.216 billion in FY2024.
  • The earlier $5.7 billion figure was an OnlyGuider model estimate, not a Fenix result. It missed the direction of the reported movement and understated the eventual FY2025 total by approximately $2.1 billion.
  • That outcome showed why a fall in top-of-funnel search interest cannot, by itself, be translated directly into an equal fall in platform spending. Existing fans can continue to subscribe, tip or buy paid content even while fewer people search for the brand.

OnlyGuider therefore rebuilt the methodology after the FY2025 accounts became available. Search remains a geographic demand proxy, but it no longer dictates the worldwide forecast through a one-for-one growth assumption.

The revision was driven by the following evidence and design changes.

The FY2025 result exposed the limit of a search-linked topline forecast

Search demand and spending can move in opposite directions. The FY2025 result provided a direct observed example: brand search fell while reported Gross Site Volume rose.

The revised forecast learns from a multi-year series of reported, accounts-anchored financial outcomes rather than applying the latest search movement to one pinned financial year.

Fenix’s geographic reporting provides a stronger financial structure

Fenix’s division of revenue into the United States, UK and Europe, and rest of the world provides a direct financial basis for separating markets with substantially different commercial characteristics.

This is stronger than attempting to infer the complete worldwide allocation from website traffic or search demand alone.

Complex keyword baskets did not materially improve the result

  • OnlyGuider tested larger keyword baskets based on apparent commercial intent and proprietary revenue information.
  • They made almost no statistically meaningful difference to the geographic distribution produced by the principal OnlyFans brand search.
  • Their additional complexity did, however, create more opportunities for:
  • Selection bias and duplicate demand
  • Language inconsistency and subjective weighting
  • Interpretative error and results that could not be independently reproduced

OnlyGuider therefore replaced those baskets with one consistent, globally recognised brand signal.

A longer reported history replaces the single-year anchor

OnlyGuider reconstructed FY2022–FY2025 so that FY2026 could be forecast from a consistent historical trajectory rather than a search-adjusted version of the immediately preceding total.

Fenix’s accounts now determine the financial history and controls; matched brand search distributes that spending within the appropriate hierarchy; and OnlyGuider uses TimesFM 3.0 to forecast the annual histories forward.

14. What changed

The revised methodology:

  1. Uses Fenix International’s accounts as the financial source of truth.
  2. Allocates Gross Site Volume rather than only Fenix’s retained revenue.
  3. Divides worldwide spending into Fenix’s three geographic markets.
  4. Uses one globally consistent OnlyFans brand-search signal.
  5. Removes dependence on opaque traffic-quality adjustments.
  6. Avoids large, subjective keyword baskets.
  7. Reconstructs a consistent historical series from FY2022.
  8. Keeps reported historical results separate from future predictions.
  9. Uses TimesFM 3.0 to generate a genuine FY2026 forecast.
  10. Reconciles countries, regions, states and counties to their financial controls.
  11. Uses one canonical source for US cities across every publication.
  12. Applies automated checks to prevent conflicting values from being published.

15. What the analysis does and does not claim

This report is an estimate of the geographic distribution of OnlyFans spending.

It is anchored to reported financial results, but Fenix does not publish audited GSV for every country, state, city or county. Those detailed location figures remain modelled estimates.

The methodology does not claim that:

  • Every Google search becomes an OnlyFans purchase.
  • Search volume is a private transaction record.
  • Every location has an identical conversion rate.
  • Individual country or city estimates have been audited by Fenix.
  • The FY2026 forecast is guaranteed.

Instead, the methodology uses clearly separated evidence:

  • Fenix’s accounts establish how much was spent.
  • Fenix’s geographic disclosures establish the regional financial structure.
  • Google Ads API search data estimates where demand was concentrated.
  • OnlyGuider uses TimesFM 3.0 to forecast the accounts-anchored series into FY2026.
  • Reconciliation checks ensure that the geographic results remain consistent with their financial controls.

The objective is not to create an appearance of precision through unnecessary complexity.

It is to use the fewest assumptions necessary to produce a transparent, reproducible and financially grounded estimate of OnlyFans spending around the world.

Built OnlyGuider from a spreadsheet to the leading search in the category — 1M+ monthly active users on a 24-hour-fresh index that's become the default way people find OnlyFans creators. Quoted by NY Post, Vice, Yahoo News, FOX 4, CBS, Boston 25, and the Toronto Sun on how the creator economy actually works.

    Why he built it

Sam was hunting for the right business to build. One chart kept climbing faster than anything else online — OnlyFans. He signed up as a user to understand the demand.

He hit a wall in the first hour. The biggest creator economy on the internet had no real search, no activity filters, no way to tell who was still posting. Curated lists went stale in a week. The platform had no front door.

He started building one. Not a directory — a crawler that checked real activity 24/7 and scored every profile automatically. Three pillars: last seen, user behavior, profile freshness. Re-scored every 24 hours. No manual lists, no bought rankings, no opinions.

That became AlgoRank. That became OnlyGuider. Now it's the way people search the platform.

"The platform had millions of creators and basically no way to find the good ones. That was the whole product thesis."
