Services like ours get impersonated — fake "managers," fake removal services, fake giveaways. This page sets out exactly which channels are really OnlyGuider, how money legitimately changes hands with us, and how to report scams or security vulnerabilities.
1. Our Official Channels
- Email: [email protected] is our only official email address. Genuine messages come exclusively from addresses ending in @onlyguider.com.
- Website: onlyguider.com is our only official website.
- Telegram support: our support chat is reachable only through the "Chat now" button on onlyguider.com. We never send the first message on Telegram. Any Telegram account that contacts you out of the blue claiming to be OnlyGuider — whatever its name, logo, or "admin" badge — is fake.
- Social media: our only official profiles are the ones linked in the footer of onlyguider.com. We never DM users or creators with payment requests, prize notifications, or partnership demands.
- We never cold-call, never SMS, and never initiate contact to ask for money, credentials, or documents.
2. How Money Actually Works Here
- Browsing is free, listing is free, and delisting is free. Creators can be removed at any time via [email protected] (Terms of Service, Section 6) — no fee, no "processing charge," no exceptions.
- Organic rankings are not for sale. We never charge to be listed, ranked higher, "verified," or removed. Paid promotional placements, where offered, are purchased through the Platform and are identified as such.
- The only legitimate ways to pay OnlyGuider are purchases you yourself initiate through onlyguider.com, or invoices issued from an @onlyguider.com address under a written agreement. We never ask for cryptocurrency to a personal wallet, gift cards, or wire transfers to individuals, and we never demand payment in chat.
- Bottom line: anyone demanding money on OnlyGuider's behalf — for removal, ranking, verification, a prize, or anything else — is a scammer, no matter how convincing the account looks.
3. Checking Whether a Message Is Genuine
- Check the channel. Email must end in @onlyguider.com; look at the full address, not the display name. Telegram is genuine only if you opened the chat via the button on our site.
- Check the behavior. We do not set payment deadlines, threaten your listing, or push you to "act now."
- When unsure, ask. Forward the message to [email protected] and we will tell you whether it came from us.
4. Scams We See in This Niche
- Paid-removal extortion — the most common one: someone offers to delete your listing (or threatens to keep it up) for money. Delisting from OnlyGuider is free, permanently.
- Fake "support," "manager," or "agency partner" accounts on Telegram, Instagram, X, or Discord borrowing our name and logo.
- "Verify your account" or "confirm your identity" demands payable in crypto, gift cards, or wire transfer.
- Prize and giveaway messages that require a deposit to claim — we run no such promotions.
- Impostor "resellers" offering OnlyGuider advertising, placements, or growth services outside our official channels, usually with upfront payment or a request for your login credentials.
5. If a Scammer Contacts You
- Do not reply, pay, or click links.
- Screenshot everything: the handle, the messages, any wallet or payment details.
- Send it all to [email protected] so we can act on it and warn others.
- If money already left your account, contact your payment provider right away and consider a police report — speed matters most with crypto and gift cards, which are rarely recoverable.
6. Reporting a Security Vulnerability
Found a security flaw in onlyguider.com? Please tell us.
- Email [email protected], subject "Security Vulnerability", with reproduction steps, affected URLs, and your assessment of impact.
- We acknowledge within five (5) business days and keep you posted through remediation.
- Ground rules for good-faith research: do not access, alter, or exfiltrate other people's data; no denial-of-service or large-scale automated scanning; no social engineering of our staff or vendors; and give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before going public.
- We will not take legal action against researchers who respect these rules. There is no paid bounty program at present, but we gladly credit meaningful findings.
