18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

1. OnlyGuider Is Not a Producer
OnlyGuider, operated by Eidos.inc Limited (Hong Kong), is not a "producer" — neither a primary nor a secondary producer as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 — of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that might appear on or be reachable through onlyguider.com (the "Platform").
We do not film, photograph, create, digitize, commission, hire, contract for, manage, or otherwise arrange for the production of any visual content. The Platform is a directory and information location tool: it indexes creator profile information — names, bios, categories, pricing, statistics, and publicly displayed profile and header imagery — that the creators themselves have published on third-party platforms.
2. What the Platform Displays
Listings consist solely of publicly available preview information as published by each creator on the source platform. We do not host, sell, or distribute subscriber-only, paywalled, leaked, or unlawfully obtained material, and all content transactions occur on the source platforms rather than on OnlyGuider.
3. Where the Records Are
Any records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 in respect of third-party content are maintained by the original producers of that content and/or by the platforms on which it was first published. Inspection requests concerning a specific depiction should therefore be addressed to the custodian of records designated by the relevant source platform or producer. For material originating on OnlyFans.com, the applicable custodian is the one designated by Fenix International Limited on its own compliance pages. OnlyGuider is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans.com or Fenix International Limited.
4. Age of the Persons Shown
The Platform indexes profiles only from platforms whose terms require every creator to be at least 18 years old and to complete identity and age verification before publishing. We operate on the basis that every person appearing in indexed imagery was an adult when that imagery was created.
If you believe any indexed material shows a person under 18, report it immediately through our Report Content page or to [email protected]. Such reports take precedence over everything else: the material is removed upon a reasonable belief of non-compliance, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where the law requires, and permanently suppressed from re-indexing.
5. Reservation of Position
This statement is informational and is not an admission that OnlyGuider is subject to the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A. Should any of those provisions be argued to reach any activity of the Platform, OnlyGuider relies on the exemptions in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B), including those covering the transmission, storage, retrieval, and indexing of content created and published by third parties.
