Report Content

Last updated: July 20, 2026

OnlyGuider indexes publicly available creator information and hosts user reviews. We act quickly on reports about anything unlawful or harmful in our index or in user submissions. This page tells you what can be reported, what evidence to include, and the timelines we commit to.

First, pick the right channel:

  • Creator who just wants to be delisted? No report needed — delisting is free. Email [email protected] with proof of control over your account (Terms of Service, Section 6).
  • Copyright complaint? Use the notice process in our DMCA Policy.
  • Minors, non-consensual imagery, impersonation, abusive reviews, or other illegal material? You are on the right page.

1. Content Involving Minors

We index only profiles from platforms that contractually require creators to be adults and to pass identity verification before publishing. Even so, if you believe any listing or image on OnlyGuider depicts a person under 18, report it at once. These reports jump every queue. We will:

  1. review immediately, ahead of all other requests;
  2. remove the material on a reasonable belief that it may involve a minor — certainty is not required for removal;
  3. make reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where 18 U.S.C. § 2258A requires it;
  4. preserve records as the law demands and cooperate fully with law enforcement; and
  5. suppress the material permanently from re-indexing.

2. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery — Removed Within 48 Hours

In line with the TAKE IT DOWN Act (Pub. L. No. 119-12), OnlyGuider operates a notice-and-removal process for intimate visual depictions published without the depicted person's consent. It applies equally to authentic images and to digital forgeries — deepfakes and other AI-generated or manipulated intimate depictions of an identifiable person.

Who can file: the person depicted, or someone authorized to act for them (including a parent or legal guardian).

Your written request must contain:

  1. your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name counts);
  2. the exact URL(s) on onlyguider.com plus enough detail for us to locate the depiction;
  3. a short good-faith statement that the intimate depiction shows you (or the person you represent) and was published without consent, or that it is a digital forgery of you; and
  4. contact information — at minimum an email address.

Our commitments: removal as soon as possible and in every case within 48 hours of a valid request; reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies from our index; permanent suppression from re-indexing; and never a fee, court order, police report, or identity document as a precondition. We apply this standard worldwide, wherever you are located. We may also remove reported material in good faith even if it later turns out not to qualify as NCII.

If intimate images of you are spreading beyond OnlyGuider, StopNCII.org can help block them across participating platforms. Removal here clears our index only — it does not delete material from source platforms or other sites.

3. Impersonation and Fake Listings

If a listing on OnlyGuider points to an account that impersonates you — using your name, likeness, or images without authorization — send us evidence and we will delist it once verified. Because the account itself lives on the source platform, report it there too; delisting from OnlyGuider does not close the source account.

4. Reviews and Comments

OnlyGuider hosts user reviews. You may report a review or comment that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, discloses private personal information, is demonstrably fake or paid-for, or otherwise breaks the law or our Terms. We assess reported reviews against those standards and remove them where warranted. Note that an honest negative opinion is not, by itself, grounds for removal — we do not referee disagreements about taste.

5. Other Unlawful Material

For anything else you believe is illegal — for example, material violating a court order or the law of your jurisdiction — describe the material, list the exact URL(s), and state the legal basis of your claim. We review such reports within five (5) business days and delist or remove material that we reasonably determine to be unlawful or in breach of our Terms of Service.

6. Filing a Report

Email [email protected], subject "Content Report — [Minors / NCII / Impersonation / Review / Other]", and include:

  1. the category;
  2. exact URL(s) on onlyguider.com;
  3. a description of the problem plus any evidence (screenshots help); and
  4. your contact details — and, for NCII, the signature and statements listed in Section 2.

We confirm receipt, may ask for whatever additional verification is reasonably necessary, and let you know the outcome. Reports are treated confidentially and disclosed only as needed to handle them or as the law requires.

7. Free of Charge, Filed in Good Faith

Nothing under this policy ever costs money. Any person or service demanding payment for removal from OnlyGuider is unaffiliated with us and fraudulent by definition — see our Trust & Safety page. In return, we ask that reports be made honestly: knowingly false reports take time away from genuine victims and can create legal liability for the filer.

8. Related Policies

This policy forms part of OnlyGuider's Terms of Service and operates alongside the DMCA Policy (copyright), the Privacy Policy (data rights, including delisting under its Section 2), and the Trust & Safety page.
