In a bombshell new survey, Sophie Rain and Denise Richards have been named the top two OnlyFans stars most likely to destroy an American marriage.
The data, from a national poll of 2,000 married U.S. women conducted by Onlyfans search engine OnlyGuider — reveals that 73% of wives view their husband subscribing to OnlyFans as a form of cheating, and 42% say they would consider ending their marriage immediately if they discovered it. And when asked which one creator would push them over the edge, the results read like a who’s who of digital temptation.
Among those divorce-ready wives, 34% named Sophie Rain as the tipping point, followed by 26% who said Denise Richards.
“Sophie Rain isn’t just another name on OnlyFans — she’s become the name,” says Sam Pierce, CEO of OnlyGuider, the OnlyFans search engine that conducted the poll. “Her youth, accessibility, and fame in the space make her a symbol of the kind of online intimacy that many wives find deeply threatening.”
Rain, just 20, has cultivated an image that blends innocence and suggestiveness — but wives aren’t buying it. “There’s something about potentially discovering your middle-aged husband paying for interactions with someone young enough to be your daughter,” Pierce adds. “It changes how women see their husbands entirely.”
And then there’s Denise Richards — actress, ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, and Real Housewives alum — who has reinvented herself on the subscription platform after years of public and financial turbulence. Her recent OnlyFans activity, reality TV comeback, and mounting debts have made headlines — and, it seems, divorce triggers.
“Wives see Denise not as a fantasy, but as a cautionary tale,” Pierce explains. “Here’s a woman who was once an A-lister, now charging fans online while airing personal drama on reality TV. For many wives, the idea that their husband would pay to support that feels downright pathetic.”
The New Digital Infidelity
The survey — conducted between June 1 and June 14 — highlights just how deeply OnlyFans has disrupted traditional ideas of fidelity:
- 73% of wives say OnlyFans subscriptions count as cheating
- 42% would consider ending the marriage immediately upon finding out
- 49% say it’s worse than traditional adult content, citing the interactive nature
- 68% say OnlyFans has undermined their sense of relationship security
- Over 1 in 4 admit to monitoring their husband’s online activity due to suspicion
“This isn’t just about sexy pictures — it’s about intimacy and secrecy,” Pierce says. “The messaging, the custom content, the recurring payments — it feels personal. It feels like betrayal.”
The Star Power Wrecking Marriages
When researchers asked that specific 42% of wives — the ones who would leave immediately upon discovering a subscription — which creator would be a dealbreaker, the results painted a dramatic picture of modern temptation:
Creator | % of Divorce-Ready Wives |
Sophie Rain | 34% |
Denise Richards | 26% |
Camilla Araujo | 21% |
Bonnie Blue | 12% |
Lily Phillips | 7% |
Interestingly, the survey also reveals a striking contradiction in public perception versus wife reactions. Both Sophie Rain and Camilla Araujo have recently made headlines criticizing the now banned creator Bonnie Blue for her “shocking antics” and controversial behavior. Rain called Blue’s stunts a “joke” that hurt serious creators, while Araujo offered Blue $2 million to stop her “insane sex stunts.”
Yet despite positioning themselves as the responsible voices in the industry, wives view both Rain (34%) and Araujo (21%) as significantly more threatening to their marriages than Blue herself (12%).
“Respectability doesn’t make them less threatening,” Pierce says. “In fact, it makes them more so. They’re the ones husbands are likely to follow quietly, message privately, and spend money on regularly. That emotional intimacy is what’s breaking trust.”
Perhaps most shocking is Denise Richards claiming the #2 spot with 26% of divorce-ready wives. “Here’s a woman who was married to Charlie Sheen, appeared in Bond films, and raised three daughters – yet she’s now seen as the second-biggest threat to American marriages,” Pierce observes.
“What maybe makes her particularly galling for wives is that Richards has been relentlessly overexposed on reality TV – from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to her current E! series ‘Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.’ Wives are watching her financial desperation play out in public, with court documents revealing creditors chasing her husband’s $228,000 debt. It’s not just the OnlyFans – it’s watching a formerly successful actress become so financially desperate that she’s commodifying herself while simultaneously putting her personal life on display for money. Wives may view their husbands supporting what they view as a washed-up celebrity as just pathetic”
A Warning to Husbands
What many husbands may dismiss as harmless browsing or digital flirtation, their wives are increasingly treating as full-blown infidelity. The survey’s bottom line is clear: OnlyFans is reshaping American relationships, and not in a good way.
“Men need to understand — this isn’t passive adult content,” Pierce warns. “It’s a direct, interactive exchange that wives view as crossing the line, especially where a creator has a highly visible public profile. And in many cases, it’s not just causing fights — it’s potentially causing divorce.”
